- Salary Range Band 5 $79,188 - $91,309 plus 11.5% Super

About the Role
The Revenue and Property team are seeking a highly experienced property and valuation specialist to assist and support Council’s property, rating and billing processes.
Relevant experience in performing similar roles and delivering a high level of customer service to our community and staff will be highly regarded.
Duties:
- Maintaining all rating, property and valuation data, ensuring data is accurate, reconciled and up to date in Council’s property and rating system
- Council’s property creation and street numbering policy and processes
- The creation, management and return of supplementary valuations including the valuation objection process
- Responding to customer requests, complaints and key stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience
- Local government and minimum five years experience in similar roles
- At tertiary degree in Property and Valuations will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated continuous improvement initiative to drive efficiencies and improved outcomes in complex processes.
