Join Our Team as a Diploma Early Childhood Educator!
- Location: St Kilda, South Melbourne & Port Melbourne
- Salary: Band 4 – $75,181 to $80,090 + 12% Super (pro rata if part time)
- Type: Permanent Full time and Part - Time roles available (4 days per week)

Now, we’re looking for passionate Diploma-qualified Educators to join our vibrant Children’s Services team.
As a Diploma Educator, you’ll support the Room Leader or Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs for children aged 0–6 years. You’ll actively engage with children, maintain a child-safe environment, and contribute to planning and evaluation aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Frameworks

What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of engaging early childhood programs
- Build strong relationships with children, families & colleagues
- Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards
- Promote child safety and inclusive practices
- Contribute to planning and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in early childhood education
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQF
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
