Join Our Team as a Diploma Early Childhood Educator! 

  • Location: St Kilda, South Melbourne & Port Melbourne
  • Salary: Band 4 – $75,181 to $80,090 + 12% Super (pro rata if part time)
  • Type: Permanent Full time and Part - Time roles available (4 days per week)

Now, we’re looking for passionate Diploma-qualified Educators to join our vibrant Children’s Services team.

As a Diploma Educator, you’ll support the Room Leader or Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality, inclusive programs for children aged 0–6 years. You’ll actively engage with children, maintain a child-safe environment, and contribute to planning and evaluation aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Frameworks

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of engaging early childhood programs

  • Contribute to planning and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQF
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
