What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver innovative early learning programs
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
- Lead continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework
- Document and celebrate children’s learning journeys
- Promote child safety and inclusive practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in long day care/kindergarten
- Knowledge of EYLF and NQF
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid, CPR & Working with Children Check
