About the Organisation
The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more. About the Role
Are you a passionate and driven Technology One specialist looking to contribute to promoting a reliable and fit-for-purpose system that benefits our council’s user base?
This role suits a proactive, strategic thinker who is solutions-focused with a growth mindset. You will provide advanced application support and configuration, monitor integrations, BPAs and ETL jobs, act on alerts and manage job failures. You will coordinate and deliver end-to-end minor to moderate upgrades, patches and enhancements in the P&R space.
Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with Technology One, consultants, business stakeholders and internal ICT team members.
Duties
- Deliver Level 2 & Level 3 support for OneCouncil applications
- Administer and configure within the P&R module (workflows, BPAs, ETLs, forms/templates, DOC1, TScripts)
- Monitor integrations, BPAs and ETL jobs; act on alerts; manage job failures and performance tuning
- Plan and coordinate minor to moderate upgrades/patches and small enhancements
- Collaborate with TechnologyOne, consultants, stakeholders and ICT team members
Skills and Experience
- 3–5+ years supporting enterprise business applications, with at least 2 years on TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere / OneCouncil in a Level 2/3 capacity
- Demonstrated experience within the P&R module
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field highly desirable
