- Salary Range Band 6 $99,631 - $108,597 plus 12% Super
- Temporary Full time backfill role, approximately 10 months for employee on secondment
- Located at St Kilda Town Hall or with flexible working arrangements possible.

Manage the way film comes to life across Port Phillip by leading our end-to-end permitting process and championing seamless, well-supported productions in our public spaces. Create strong relationships with filmmakers, artists, local businesses and internal teams to unlock potential opportunities, streamline approvals and position Port Phillip as a vibrant, scrreen-friendly city. Build the reputation of the Shakespeare Grove Artist Studios by driving tenancies, supporting artists and activating creative experiences that connect with our community.

Duties:
- Manage all film permit applications, assessments, approvals and compliance across public spaces.
- Create clear, solution-focused liaison pathways for filmmakers, residents and internal stakeholders
- Build strong industry and community relationships to attract and support film activity in Port Phillip
- Lead the operations, tenancy processes and artist support for the Shakespear Grove Artist activity
- Maintain accurate records, systems and communications to support permitting and studio activity
Skills and Experience
- Relevant diploma or degree in arts, film, events, media or a related field.
- Demotstaed experience in film permitting, public-space filming or screen industry operations
- Strong project management, policy development and admin skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capability
Security Requirements and Professional Obligations
